Thank you. I have been dabbling in sculpting figures/ models lately with just plain old modeling clay. Then I went to air dry clay, now I am considering something better. I do want to get into mold making too. Like you, I have trouble sculpting the heads. That's a lot of info in those links, thanks again. Cant wait to see your next stuff.

What are you using for molds? Silicone or milliput?

I was browsing the forum awhile back and someone posted a link about painting terrain rocks by putting foam bits in a jar with paint, then shaking it up. I want to do this on some scrap pink foam I have left over, but I cant remember the exact technique for drying. I am worried the foam will dry all stuck together inside and be unusable. Anyone have a link for that tutorial or done something similar? Thanks in advance for any help.

Hi guys , new here. I been doing some terrain out of the 2 inch thick insulation pink foam and am at the point I need a good hot wire cutter. I bought one for around 35 and it promptly bent on the second cut and broke. Since then I looked at the hot wire thermo cutters and the proxxon table cutter but they both seem to have bad reviews on amazon. Is there any quality foam cutter that is durable out there? What do you guys use?
