This is something I have totally wanted to buy in the past, but now that I have a printer it would make life SOOO much easier to print them. Any chance they could be recreated? What sort of base do you want?

Here are some pillars with chains. One version has bones on the base. I tried adding tops to the pillars, but that made the chains hard to see. www.thingiverse.com/thing:2234361

So, I printed one. It's not painted yet (obviously.) As a result, I've scaled the rope up a bit, and the manacles. I've also raised the legs by 3-4mm. I'm going to call it done. www.thingiverse.com/thing:2234086Enjoy!

I need a gear printed for my rotating round room / battle arena / swamp / river / drawbridge thingie
the issue is, I don't have a 3D printer
The gear needs to be 13.5 inches in diameter, but it can be quartered into four pieces then printed in four pieces, and I can cement it later
All I need is the teething of the gear not the middle part, 'cause it will be used on the outside rim of a round room I have built
If I mail you a gear, could you print this? I would make it worth your while
Do you mean email me a file to print the gear? I don't know. I'd have to look at the file and see how it would fit on my printer. PM me.

The length is about right, but I don't think it is that wide. Thinking 1 3/4"x 3/4". Whatcha think so far?

Love that idea. Could taht wall be designed in such a way that it can be used as dungeon floor? Then you'd have a trap that grabs the party and draws them to the spirit world. Instant planewalking adventure! tauster Wyloch -- I'll work on a wall and a floor TONIGHT 4/5/17! I printed up a wall and a floor section last night. I'll paint them up and post pics.

If you have any interest, post a picture or write up a description of something and I'll try to design it. I'll post the model on Thingiverse. My skills don't align well with the design of an individual mini, though I have mashed-up some bigger models. I'm much better at things, props and set pieces. Post a reply -- include pictures if you'd like -- and I'll see what I can do.

When I print skinny bits like his spear, I don't just print one at a time. I print several. That way the PLA has time to solidify before printing the next layer. Plus, you get a whole bunch of the minis to share/paint/give away. Look how nice the spears turned out! Love these. Are they 28mm??? Yeah. I scaled them up to 28mm.

Please share. I don't want to mash this up myself. I'd have to get permission from Curufin, since I used 3D models I purchased from him in a pack (The general store). Oh nevermind then. When I get Curufin's stuff, I'll mash it up.

Thanks. Look forward to seeing your videos. Does the eye look that bad guys? I thought it looked fairly rounded and okay as is. I know I need to smooth it out still; just wasn't finished with it yet. The eye looks great. Just sharing an idea that I've used.

jennifer -- Great work! I love the expression of the eye! Just a tip/idea that you may enjoy -- When I've worked with Sculpey in the past, I've embedded glass beads and marbles "into" the clay before baking. The glass doesn't mind the heat and Sculpey doesn't shrink, so in the end you can have "eyes" or "spheres" or whatever that are "baked into" the object and they are glassy/glossy/shiny/translucent whatever the marble is. Just thought you might enjoy the idea. I was gonna find an example (a critter I made called "The Watcher to the North" but he's missing at the moment...)

Created some "good enough" ships for Scenario 2 of Frostgrave Thaw of the Lich Lord. Nothing fancy, but if you like them and have questions, I'm happy to discuss. I'll post some pics from play today later in this thread. Happy Gaming!
