Typically heavy products are packed in double layer cardboard. You will often find that the boxes other boxes are packed in are double layer. Otherwise here is how you can make it:

I shoot on a Sony Alpha SLTA77II and use Premiere Pro CS4 (previous versions can't handle HD formats). Video is originated in 27Mbps 1080i 25FPS and rendered in Flash Video format (.f4v) files which allows for small file size for upload and near instant processing on YouTube without any further loss in quality (it isn't recompressed by the YouTube ingestion server). For microphones I use an older Sony UHP system and a new Rhøde wireless lapel. Currently for lighting I use IKEA swing arm LED lamps (x3) I also use a single 600w Red Head tungsten in earlier videos or when not in a confined space due to the amount of heat generated.

let me calculate wyloch... 2.5 inches... DMG tiles are 3 inches. you use 1/4th walls he suse 1/2 inches walls. if he was making 1/4th walls his tiles would be the same sizes as your tiles... yes you claim it doesn't change anything ? sizes is all you actually toy with wyloch. Actually if I used 1/4" walls then the whole system falls apart. The whole idea of 3x3" is that you have 1/2" squares and rectangles which line up with additional pieces placed down - expanding the grid. The half inch walls then fill that space. Wyloch's tiles are about adapting old style maps from 1st edition mods and 2nd edition which have the walls drawn o nthe grid. His use of 1.25" solves a huge problem in transferring these old maps to actual terrain. In the end it doesn't really matter what system you use, so long as you are consistent throughout and maintain the sizing. Aaaaand have fun

For gridded play I would suggest a 3"x3" grid, but lay it out as follows: So they fit together like this and the walls are 1/2" wide

My intention with this is to end my videos with a showcase of projects completed by members of the community and link to their work on their own website, facebook, blog, here, etc Every time I think you can't possibly get any cooler, ya outdo yourself again. You're like a dual wielder who suddenly reveals he actually has 3 arms. Haha! Good on ya, mate. And thanks. Thank you. My wife would ask that those extra arms clean the cat litter tray now...

Finished really means that it looks completed. I don't want to show stuff that is half built, unpainted or looks unfinished Your photo above is just fine - as it looks complete

Perfect How about something like this? My Dice Tower made from cedar fence picket, a wall panel, dollar tree foam, rigid foam insulation and toilet paper mache?

Visit the Showcase pageMy intention with this is to end my videos with a showcase of projects completed by members of the community and link to their work on their own website, facebook, blog, here, etc Helping viewers to see what others have created. I would also like to build up a curated repository of finished projects in various different categories on my website: Dungeons, Wizards Rooms, Wilderness, Castles, Caves, Corridors, Traps, ad infinitum... All would be linked to the creators content as above. Thanks for your help

You beat me to it Although I use wall segments sparingly, this is exactly the reason for them. To keep the 2.5D tiles, but add the odd wall embellishment here and there. Well done
