Look good! Need more details? I want to make these! Started with Tibetan Silver Moth Charms Pendants, they cost me less than a dollar on Ebay I put a toothpick through the hole, pointing down, at an angle, and superglued them in place. When the glue dried I clipped the excess toothpick. Then glued a 3mm half round bead, again available for under a dollar on Ebay, to form the head and cover up the top of the toothpick. The base is about an inch of scrap plastic rod hotglued to a penny. Pennies are cheaper than washers, and closer in size the appropriately sized 20mm base.

My quick and dirty attempt at an ambush vine, after being inspired by yours
I swear they look less like muppets in person.

Now that Volo's has stats for Flail Snails, and no one makes a miniature for them, I figured I'd make some of my own. Flail SnailsThose are 50mm and 75mm bases, making them large and huge in D&D. If anyone is interested, I took some step by step photos. Just need to edit them before posting.

Looks like a simple but effective project.
I'll probably take a stab at making my own, once I can find my bag of pipe cleaners. I refuse to buy another bag of them, as I must have at least three of them floating around here somewhere.

Looks pretty cool. P.S. you can quote my post to get the forum code for the image and edit your first post to include it, and I'll delete it from my post after you do it.

This one has some arms off of a dollar store toy, and a spine that was formerly a plastic toy snake. The rest of him is alluminum foil, toothpicks, hot glue, and half round beads. Click on the Images to Enlarge

It's one of those situations where the 2ft rule save the day.
We use the UA's in our games as well.
The Warlock has the Undying Light Patron and we have a half Elf Mystic (D&D 5e's Psionicist)
I've also rolled up an Artificer, as a back up character, but he hasn't seen the table yet.

Looks great! Any chance we get a quick tutorial for that purple worms? 1. Make the Form. You want a vaguely Purple Worm shape. I used Alluminum foil, and it almost doesn't matter what you use, since you cover it up entirely. Some thing inexpensive capable of holding it's form is all that's required. 2. Make the Mouth. The teeth are formed from hot glue. Start with a bead of hot glue on the outer edge and draw it into a tear/tooth shape. Do this and rotate the model until you have a full mouth of teeth. 3. Make the Rings. Start by making a ring around the teeth, touching the roots of the teeth. Continue making rings adjacent to the last ring you made until you have made it all the way down to the base. If you are anything like me, the rings will kind of devolve into a spiral . 4. Paint it. Paint the whole thing one color. Once that's dry, Dry Brush the whole thing with a lighter version of same color.. When that is dry, paint the teeth in an even ligher color.

The bodies are made from round push pins. The pin portion of the push pin is inserted into a small plastic tube. They eyes are half round beads. 3mm half round beads for the eye stalks. 4mm half round bead for the central eye. Everything else is just glittery hot glue.
The glittery hot glue is just easier to see, and photoraphs better. It's too expensive at the craft store for my taste, but the local Dollor Tree stores keep getting it in stock in 15 packs.

I like the treant ! You nailed the wood texture.
Constructive Criticism: If you make another one, you may want to make the arms longer, to be more funtional. It's not entirely neccesary, but in my minds eye, at least, I imagine Treants being able to swat/club things on the ground, that annoy/threaten them.

Just need to add some more detail to the armor plates, and then I'm going to paint it.
