For those of you not familiar with the Warhammer 40,000 universe setting, a Soulgrinder is a monstrousity of Demonic and Mechnical nature. Think something like a big Drider, or Centaur, that is part mechincal in nature, with a gun arm and a giant claw. Started with some Aluminum foil. Twinsted into a humanoid form, then bent it into a humanoid moving on all four limbs Added a Brock Lesner torso, a foil and hot glue head, and a battle cannon made from a bic pen Not mechanical enough, so I added a power claw and some armor plating for the legs Figured mechanical knee joints would add to the mechanical look, and used some pony beads to add them to all the joints Capped the pony beads on the joints, and added some rear leg armor Bulked up the belly and added knee armor on the rear legs Added additional armor to the front legs, added detail to the joints and the gun arm

Thanks!
I thought the more human frame underneath would add to the creepiness.

Added some more detail.
Just need to add some more detail to the armor plates, and then I'm going to paint it.

I can't remember where I saw it... but someone did a Slaaneshi Soulgrinder by making a mold of a barbie torso that had been cut down. Lots and lots of female body parts. And more tentacles than an ocean of squids.

I've seen a Barbie based Soulgrinder and even started builing one for myself, but it's huge. Barbie dolls, even without the legs are way bigger than most things in 40K.
A Manga Spawn Violater action figure has revently made it into my collection. That thing is practically a Nurgle Soul grinder right out of the package.

Years ago I saw a Spawn action figure that was the right size and look for a fire titan ('god') for my fantasy game, but I never picked it up when I had the chance, and I've never been able to find it since. I believe it was at least a 6 inch version, but it might have been bigger.

No I don't remember it's name. I do look for it on eBay and sites that sell Spawn action figures, every so often, but haven't found it again yet.

Let me know if you figure it out. I have a friend that collects and sells toys professionally.

I talked to a friend of mine who also saw the Slaaneshi Soulgrinder I was telling you about, and filled me in on the missing details (from what he could remember as he'd played against the guy several times):
The guy only took the breasts from the barbie and cast lots of those and stuck them to the torso... he also cast a mold of Adult Novelty Male Anatomy (for the head) as well as used Greenstuff to sculpt Female Lower Anatomy.
It was very very Lewd.

That actually sounds pretty epic. At one point I was condsidering sculpting and casting Slaanesh Rhinos (armored transports) with a vaginal opening in the front and butt cheeks on the back end. Kind of lost any entusiasm for it when I realised that no local gaming shop would approve, DakkaDakka would ban me for posting pics of it, and I'm more of a Tzeentch man, than a Slaanesh fan in general, and wouldn't really have a use for them. I found a pic of the one I was talking about. Not the original source, but I kept a copy on my hard drive.
