Ok that does it, now that you've gone and added a clown this whole project has gone from pleasantly disturbing to full blown creepy ;-)) I like it! (still hate clowns though) Thanks, stroezie. I'm glad you like IT despite your feelings about clowns...my sons are terrified of clowns even now as grown men. Have you sculpted the The Faceless Horror Garbage Removal Service yourself? If yes: How did you make the teeth? I'm asking because teeth are one of the things I'm not very good at sculpting/crafting. Regarding the thing's name: I really wouldn't call it 'faceless'. In fact, there are not very much creatures out there that are less faceless than your FHGRS! And the Floating Tentacled Whatever is also great. Which isn't difficult because having tentacles is almost a guarantee to be cool. Plus, teh face! Love it. Thanks for the reply, tauster! I'm happy you like the new stuff! The Faceless Horror (I agree it is a bad description) is Reaper's 77114 Faceless Horror (the source of the name); it's available in metal as well as the bones. AND here's where we stand with IT: ...IT is actually finished; all that needs to be done is to mount IT on IT's base. More photos later today or early tomorrow are in the card. That thing is terrifying.... I could see my players having nightmares from IT.

That thing is terrifying.... I could see my players having nightmares from IT. Thanks for the reply, jubbs71. I have been told by more than a few Forum Folk that my stuff gives them nightmares. Considering how a lot of people react to clowns, this would seem to follow in the footsteps of the Horrors that preceded IT. ... AND now IT is done: ...there you have IT; whatever IT may be.

Creepy doesn't give it enough justice... Personally, I wouldn't mount it on a permanent base. I would add a sufficiently strong neodym magnet below the tentacles and then craft different bases. Some spontaneous ideas: - one totally harmless base with normal terrain (or different regular terrain bases, depending on your campaign needs) - at least one circus-themed base (a nobrainer, really) - one 'freak-the-players-out' base - one fly base, because... come on, this thing simply has to go airborne!

Thanks for the reply, tauster. Since a few Folk on other Fora have blamed It for nightmares, I guess IT is more than creepy. I do have him glued in place, but moving him to another base would't be a problem; re, he's "floating' on two thin brads. The under part is without detail; SO I wouldn't want IT floating too high off the ground.

I've now only just seen these. You've done amazing work with this stuff. Makes me envious of a dedicated crafting space.

Sorry for the long delay in replying. I've now only just seen these. You've done amazing work with this stuff. Makes me envious of a dedicated crafting space. Thanks for the reply, ivenbach. I am happy you like my stuff. The space is actually only a devoted area since I regard sleeping as a craft activity...it doubles as a bedroom. However, this is the most space I've had to work in a very long time. Awesome stuff. Love it all! May the luck be with you. Thanks, Sam. I appreciate the positive feedback...a morale boost is always welcome.

I had to go through your images again. They are stunning, absolutely so. Please take a photo of them all once you get the time.
Your crafting space is doing something right, keep up the good work.

Can't wait for the infliction! Well I wouldn't want to keep you waiting too long. The quandry comes as to what to post. I figure there are at least 20 pages of photos in my 2016 album & some in other albums that haven't been posted here. A lot of the pictures are W.I.P. shots. SO I'll only post the finished stuff with one exception for a how-to-set of pics. The W.I.P. photos will be posted on demand. Since the Pumpkin Heads are among the oldest AND some of the newest, I start with them. Back in October I got a request for one of my old Pumpkin Head conversions from a L.A.F. Fellow, Noctuary. The one he wanted had been sent off to Hesse, SO, I made him a similar piece: ...well, he loved it. So did Comsquare aka Tobias from the same forum. That lead to two more of the Seedy Rogues: ..the pair of Scoundrels: ...Tobias is a very talented blacksmith. He wanted to return the favor & he sent me this beautifully crafted Viking knife in trade: ...all the above are made from Reaper Jack O'Lanterns, & G.W. plastic Goblin, Zombie, & Empire Militia parts. It's around this time I lost my mind, what little there was to lost. I began two Gangs of Pumpkin Heads including some home made Jack O'Lanterns I sent another Pumpkin Head off to Jay on the Reaper Forum, & made a Drow Pumpkin head for George of the same Forum: The first of my two Gangs, Von Kurst's Pumpkin Heads is almost done & photos will appear in a little while. The second, The Witch's Hunters (they hunt the Witch Hunters of the Inquisitional disposition aka The Old Lady Burners) are coming along & some photos likewise will be posted...as soon as my tiny mind clears.

The Von Kurst Gang in The Spooky Woods: Zooming in...I LOVE zooming in: ...The Shaman: ...the Lads with the Sticky Things in front: ...the Slasher: ...the Reaper Man: ...Von Kurst & the Witch (to be named): ...Von Kurst alone: ...meanwhile there is some recruiting shenanigans afoot: ...more soon...although tomorrow is iffy.
