I think based on the live conference and then my after the end private video conference with George they are going to do a Kick Starter. Based on everything George said they are making sure they have everything tested, lined up before they announce the Kick Starter. I understand they are also going to be doing something with their miniature line too. I have a lot of the reprint original books. I think the next game I Ref will be the Arduin Adventure rules from 1980, the rules are a bit more easy to introduce new players in that setting to, streamlined in a way players can better wrap their heads around and I can still plug and play older rules in as needed. I will need to make my self some reference tools for the game, but it will be a good project on top of my current ones.
I just am super busy raising teenagers, working, training for TKD and other self defense stuff, trying to figure out the video making thing (slowly I am getting better at that), getting in some RPG play time, chicken raising and doing all this on wonky lungs… and of course other stuff like chores. Also I have to admit Football season usually is a thing too… 😂 that’s over.
I think I am going to create a craft box I can take to work so I can start knocking out the craft projects at my lunch break. One of the things I wish I knew how to create myself or had a computer and programs to do is create from scratch my own paper minis… I can hand draw them, which I am thinking of doing, then I could scan them but I need a program that is iPad compatible that will allow me to resize… current program is a problem. I might be able to reduce size the old fashion way using a copy machine… not sure yet. I would love to draw some paper minis for fun. I also got crates of 3D minis to paint… 😂 oh the shame.
I need to make some specific terrain for a sinking Island idea I have…. PCs go to island with ruins, have adventure and like the classic old films then must escape before the island sinks and they drown… the last part of the game is the party scrambling as the sections of terrain sink… I have an idea how to make it super exciting.
