Just when you think it's done, you add another brush stroke... There is a wine tasting statue on the treasure level that is described as a man sitting cross-legged with his hands resting on his thighs, looking at the ceiling with his mouth open. I never really had any idea how to pull it off... that is until the hero-clix kitbashing thing grabbed a hold of me. I think I'm going to refer to it as Clix-bashing from now on... Anywho, one Shaman and one Damage hero clix, a little nip here and a tuck there and presto! Instant mini....plus it netted me these cool lightning pieces for later. All painted up.

I just spent a very enjoyable few minutes going through this whole thread. I am constantly amazed at your skills. I'm starting to feel the need to make some dungeon tiles again, and it's all your fault.

That is a very cool statue. I love the imagination.
One thing, though, I have never seen B7, Rahasia. From your layouts, it looks like a dungeon I would have loved.
Have you ever seen a Judges Guild module called Dark Tower? Now that would be fun to craft.

Great job Curufin. I have been MIA from my gaming group this summer. Just bought a new house and close at the end of September and will be taking over the group again, most likely permanently sometime in October. They have been playing 5E this summer and I sat in one session and didn't really like it. I have been glancing at posts here occasionally during my time away and love this build you did. I had never looked at it before but I just pulled up B7 and am looking through it. I think I might run them through that as their first adventure. I doubt I will have time to craft any tiles for it before we begin again with the house closing/moving but the adventure looks fun at first glance.
So did you end up running your group through it and how did they like it? My group seems to do much better with dungeon crawls than with heavy roleplay and problem solving. Anyways, great job as always. I know this winter now that I have the space, I am definitely going to pick a module to fully build out like you did here. I know my players will go nuts over it. Hope your players enjoy it as much as you probably did crafting it.

Thanks Meph. I haven't used my crafted tiles yet. But I have run the adventure before. The last time I ran B7 I was using 1" graph paper. I drew all the rooms and hallways out before hand, and then laid them out as the party moved around. The group seemed to like it... though it took them a little bit to figure out all the teleporting hallways.
If memory serves, The module is intended for 4+ characters of levels 1-3. I ran it for a party of 5 characters of level 4 going on to level 5. I did tweak the module a little bit here or there to better fit my campaign, but I didn't alter the monsters that much (though I did add a few). My group still had some difficulties at certain points, but still highly enjoyed all the things to figure out (teleporters, wine tasting statue, obelisk, opal eye, the quill, and tons of other things). Depending on the system you run, I think 1st level characters would have an extremely hard time getting though it. The first monster they meet is a gargoyle that need magic weapons to beat his DR. If you run it for 1st level characters, you may need to nerf some the encounters.
