I have not been around much as my wife's mother has needed constant attention. A friend and fellow gamer / maker / artist got one of these and is making his own minis dragons and such with this. As this technology develops it may be good times with this type of tool. I thought this might be of interest here. Not advocating this but I've seen that it work - its here and more things like this are sure to follow. This - a glue gun / tissue / white glue to fill in the gaps and well I'm just preaching to the choir now.

I have one of those, having been in on the KS. It's fun, but I can't quite get the hang of it. Maybe with more practice. I *was* hoping that I could use it for "impromptu" 3D terrain. It takes a little too long to warm up. Now, if you know what you want in advance, that's a different thing...
