I posted my photo of Fort Pringles earlier, which is made up mostly of Pringles and Nut cans to make corner guard towers. Wizard towers are a great use of them. I've also made small huts from them with foam roofs and one of my play group made a dice tower out of one.
Here are some things I've been meaning to try: 1. Cut 1" wide semicircles and use them as the arches of an aqueduct. 2. Use a short circle as a pool, use a circle of clear plastic as the water level. 3. Use a vertically oriented 1" wide circle as a portal or "stargate". 4. Make a long sawtooth cut to separate the can into two long "crown" shapes and fold the points together to make two teepees. 5. Cut a can into small rectangles to make slightly curved tiles for roofs on other structures. 6. I wonder how many Pringles cans cut into 1" wide semicircles it would take to create a passable coliseum?

All great ideas adamantinedragon, thanks!
I'll add #1 to my to-do-soon list: I think these semicircles will look great as parts of natural rock formations like a stone arch.
Using circles or semicircles as portals is a no-brainer, but the Stargate design has been done too often for my taste, so I think I'll do portals in different shapes if I ever craft some. However a circular 'door' hole in a wall (ruins or intact buildings) would be something that's more or less 'new'. Of course I know that round door openings are relatively common in asian architecture, but I have only rarely seen them in roleplaying terrain.
Using them as tiles/shingles is awesome! Even if you don't need roofed buildings (like me), you can always position these shingles on the top of a wall piece.
