These are trees I made from a $4 floral stick from Michael's, car audio wiring, hot glue, air dry clay, cardboard, and plastic backer board. I made over 20 trees in about 2.5 hours. I'm not sure yet whether I will be adding any foliage. I kinda like the post-apoc barren look. I will post more pics when I get them painted.

Cool, the bark looks very realistic. Can't wait to see them painted up, with or without foliage!

Wire trees! I LOVE these!!! Never made some. I never had a bunch of wire lying around when I thought to do it but I've always liked the look of them and how people take very different approaches to making them. You can go as simple to as complex as you want. Thanks for sharing:)!!!

I've got some wire trees I made that my wife liked well enough to put on our shelves on display. I made one with two different colors of wire, but didn't like the result that much. My next attempt is going to be two different SIZES of wire.
