Was inspired by the DM craft wagon and a few others. The box/bed is made of Popsicle sticks, the wheels were 3d printed from a file on thingiverse and the bars were small garden stakes (Like for flowers n stuff). I painted it all black and went over with brown, although it seems to still need a little more highlight. It was all connected with small dabs of hot glue laid on scratch marks in the stick(for glue grip). I am planning on making about another 5 of these soon in different conditions and themes. The piece in the back is unfinished, but it the setting in which this will be primarily used. I was also thinking about Staining the popsicle sticks as opposed to painting, any thoughts? If not staining, any methods to making highlights pop on flat wood? I've looked at some painting tuts but I always seem to overkill, will most likely have sponges by the time I build the other ones, So I'm hoping that make a difference from paper towel or brush.

Very nice. As to staining, I have used it on popsicle sticks and it works well. You can do something similar with craft paint just by wiping it off shortly after applying it. You could also carve an exaggerated wood grain into the popsicle sticks before painting. Usually you want to make your wood grain the sticks prior to construction. Looking forward to seeing the next wagons.
