Just about to start my Ravenloft campaign, here is the castle I built to use. Its a playable surface, room numbers are shown w/white tags for reference, 1 square=1 inch=5 feet. I had to keep it to half height to preserve building materials, so its only 160' tall sans dungeon levels, 32" tall I probably spent 80 hours or so on construction, but much of that was creating some reusable props (the spiral staircases alone prob took me 10 hours) and figuring out how I wanted to do everything...If I were to tear it down and remake it, I could prob do it in 15 hours or so lol I do it while power-watching netflix series, good fun I have about 10 sets of terraclips used here, so w/clips prob $700, and maybe $300 in other purchased props, maybe $100 in download/print/tape props, plus use of my color printer and ink....of course it is all reuseable. I've built dozens of big dioramas w/the same mats, terraclips are infinitely reuseable.

Impressive!!! Is this done with WorldWorks products, or someone else's? Which set did you use, if you don't mind sharing. Looks incredible... Glad to hear you can re-use the bits. For me, they have to be re-usable, or it just isn't worth it. Cheers!

I have about 20 sets of Terraclips altogether, but in this build i used prob.10 sets or so, just prison of forsaken, dungeon essentials, vault of ruin, streets/buidlings of malifux. I covered some of the walls with the cobblestone found in one of their print and glue/tape products

I really like the cathedral. Is there an organ in the dining room? I think there is, but cannot quite tell.
I need to look into TerraClips for some of my other projects.

Thanks for inquiry Kev! Ahhh, Barovia! I now have a group with which to game and we are currently touring the fantastic Barovian countryside, assisting all such unfortunates as require the aid of a hearty band of adventurers. Just this past weekend the group had the opportunity to call upon Strahd's beloved Ravenloft, but they decided against it (drat!). It is just as well that the group passed this opportunity to go to the castle, as I am still "decking the halls". In between working two jobs, playing in a regular Friday game, and now running the Saturday game for my daughter, nephew, and my best friend and his two sons, I am sadly pressed for time to complete the castle to my vision - but it is happening, albeit slowly. Wizards of the Coast's Curse of Strahd is a massive undertaking. I find myself attempting to create EVERYTHING for the module (with only 168 hours in each week, and taking time out for meals and sleep of course). Mike Schley made some excellent maps (printed in the module), which I bought from his website (http://mikeschley.com/) and have printed providing a great deal of assistance, but I am also attempting to build Fat Dragon Games paper models that were recently carried on the Bundle of Holding website. And I've been playing with a new 3D printer to build various set pieces and props for the games. I seriously don't have a lot of free time anymore... Work and life tend to compete for my attentions against my hobbies... The short of this sad tale is that progress on Castle Ravenloft has succumbed to an anemicly-paced crawl. I do intend to have some pictures soon, but not today .
