One minor suggestion: lava tends to be flat, so I'd suggest hitting them with a matte clear coat. Other than that, they are very professional looking. I suspect you could sell them quite easily -- Dwarven Forge is hugely popular, and they appear to be compatible. Just sayin'... Cheers!

So when you pour the lava I assume you use some form of dam to keep it on the tile?

No, the individual tiles are the "dam". I do prep them by using modeling paste to fill in gaps between the tiles and do the final seal to ensure no resin leaks out the gaps with 5 minute epoxy resin. Every place in the picture below that is brown will be covered in resin. See the picture below:
