My players would attempt to tame and ride it, and call it some sort of cute name. If it was nasty and they had to kill it, they would probably try to cook and eat it.

LOL! The poor monster! To suffer such indignity: be tamed as a pet, or to be eaten (well, being eaten is to be expected in a dungeon full of other monsters, but to be eaten by some simpleton adventurers...). Poor AJ.
