Huge pig sounds like a great possibility as a dire boar.

dances: and in africa there is no cows ! just shows how much it goes from nothing to giant sizes 8) maybe its just my stature that dictates a cow being smaller then me. i just can't imagine the cow being as big or high as a horse though. the cows i've seen here. are all under 5 feet in height. but they are fucking wide though.

Haha, I'm not a native Texan but at 6'4 I can vouch for their huge cows. I actually mistook one for a horse not long ago but he was abnormally large lol. Now, I want one of these cows!

As a Texan, I can tell you that a cow's size is no joke... especially a fully matured bull. Most of the breeds I have seen up close are probably four to five feet at the shoulder. MOST horses are about that height or taller, with some of them being quite a bit taller than that (I once met a horse named Cinco that was something like 18-19 hands high; which is a little over six and a half feet tall). Again, this is just at the shoulder... not including heads or horns.

Michael's has a 40% off coupon for one item on their website right now, good until Saturday. I see it all the time for Hobby Lobby, but I don't recall seeing them often for Michael's (or maybe I'm just unobservant).

Thanks to needing to check several Jo-Anne's over the weekend to today while driving someone around who was looking for something else that all seem to have this, if you want a small hot glue gun, they seem to have a good "starter pack" that is $6 including a cord extension, a good size pack of sticks, and a solid stand along with a storage case

Not an actual sale, but I just got a quite good hobby drill with bits for $3.99 at Michaels. Needed a replacement for a while now after mine got left behind during a hobby night at a local store...

Walmart has their gifts section up, and they have a bundle of 24 bottles of acrylic paint for under $10. Michael's introduced a holiday box of Craft Smart Acrylic Paint recently as well. I found it in the Christmas section next to the ceramic unpainted houses. I think it was $9.99 for 16 colors, its a good deal if you have a 50% off coupon. I picked up a set for 5 dollars because it had a lot of common colors I use and some colors I'd never seen before. The colors in the box were: White Light Pink Bright Red Bright Orange Bright Yellow Apple Tart ( a sour apple green color) Holiday Green Ocean Breeze (light Aqua color) Aqua Bright Blue Navy Blue Purple Golden Brown Expresso ( Coffee colored Brown) Gray Black I've gotten where I prefer the Craftsmart acrylics over the Walmart Apple Barrel ones. Not sure whats changed but quite a few of the Apple Barrel paints I've gotten from Walmart have ben unusable upon opening or spoiled in less than 6 months after opening them. Several of the Apple Barrel paints have or had the liquid seep out from the solids of the paint and become an unusable substance that won't mix back together and becomes a chunky globby paint. I have several old bottles (over 10 years old) of Apple Barrel that still paint great today so not sure if Apple Barrels quality has gone down or if Walmart is ordering a cheaper formula of paint.
