So, does anyone remember this guy? i1382.photobucket.com/albums/ah268/jayzheejayzhee/ddvenger_zpsarwv25wl.jpegIt's Venger, from the old Dungeons and Dragons cartoon, and he's the BBEG in my current campaign! The PCs are about to face him in the final battle, where he gains the powers of the kids' magic items and transforms himself into something bigger. I got myself a Lizard figure from Amazing Spider-Man at a dollar store and thought I'd mod it. More pics to come! |

 The headpiece and the spaded tail are cardstock, the armbands and shoulder pieces are just masking tape. The wings are cut from a Dollar Tree dragon; I think they fit pretty well. I plan on making a horn for his head out of model magic. And some robes out of gluey paper towels. Any suggestions? Looking good! Cant wait to see the next steps. |

Okay! Due to a week of vacation and a long work week, I haven't done much. Today I added the horn. I also finished the obelisk on which the final battle will take place.  The runes on the obelisk... don't worry about those. They don't mean anything. |

Well, with work and kids, I didn't have time to add robes, but I think he still came out fairly well. It was an exciting end to the campaign. Our Magus nearly died!  |

Very nice work.
Just remember to speak his in-game dialogue with the voice of Optimus Prime (Same voice actor did both characters, Peter Cullen).
Where is his Shadow Demon henchman?

They beat the shadow demon several times, and they hated him because he always got away. A few levels ago, they beat him for good.
Venger's nightmare was redeemed when Eric the Cavalier realized that Dungeon Master wasn't just referring to his devil-may-care attitude! Eric befriended her and rode her in the final battle.
Most of the kids' classes translated well to Pathfinder, except for Diana the Acrobat. I made her a bard, because there was already a rogue.

He painted up nicely. Sounds like a fun campaign. Next time I'm in the dollar tree I'm definitely going to pick one of these up. I've looked a few times but couldn't think of anything to use it for. I always thought the face was too... human... Now you've solved my issue. Thank you.
