In my Office the toner boxes of the copier have some edge protection out of some sort of cardboard. It has a interesting form, 13x13cm, 8 cm high. Im sure there is a cool building or similiar hidden inside. :-) It looks like a desert building, but the two-three "towers" are to small for believable towers. Maybe I should cut them away and make some entrance. Or Should I try to put a wooden platform atop and the two small towers are pillars.

I see cliff faces when I look at that. Or a river running down the lower indents that has eroded away a cliff face.

At my work we had similar packing with the new phone system we're using. I've cut up some of it to make bricks. One thing to be careful of with this material, it tends to flake up in various layers and separate if you aren't careful with it. Other than that, it has a fantastic texture!

It's an ancient rock, found in the deepest regions of the underdark. Shaped eons ago by aboleth, its details long since eroded away, yet some of it's psionic circuits are still dangerously active. Most of their power has faded away over the course of uncounted millenia, but the most powerful psionic sigils are still there, even if their power is diminished nowadays. What's making matters worse is that these psionic powers and sigils have twisted into something resembling a consciousness, an evil, alien, mad and twisted intelligence.
What does it want? Become whole again - even if it hase never been whole ever since it's emergence from among the psionic sigils. And it desparately wants to leave. The mind of one of these foolish surface-dwellers who are investigating it at the moment will suffice as a temporary vessel, until it found something more adequate...
Have fun with one of your players becoming possessed by an evil entity! Or maybe the consciousness of this thing is too vast for a single mind, so everybody in the party becomes a vessel for a splinter personality...?
You might lead the party to this thing, have them investigate this thing... and then make a break in the story, as they 'awake' weeks later in a totally different environment, standing over the corpses of the royal wizard's guard, bloody swords stil in their hands. Where's the royal wizard? That's only one of the questions they'll have to answer to the king's inquisitors.

The bigger shape looks like a small dwelling, maybe for a tribal shaman. On the roof of the dwelling could be an altar, open to the sky/gods, and could serve as a lookout point and a place to address the tribe, who gathers below. Already (mostly) has stairs leading up to it. The three remaining pillars could be stone monoliths with symbols painted onto them.

I have had that same feeling lots of times with polystyrene foam for packaging. Every time I have acted on it, it ended up with bad results. It never looked like orcish palisades, it always looked like dressed up packaging materials. Now I have learned to ignore those urges. If you insist on using them in the original shape I suggest using them for pillars standing in front of a pyramid. I am thinking of the pillars in the original Star Gate movie standing in front of the pyramid on the “other” sider. De ja vu: I've seen a "Dork Tower" strip where Matt or Igor get a new playstation or xbox and he makes many plans using packaging materials for spaceship carriers and fantasy forts. I can’t find on the web anymore though. You might want to try to cut it up into small tiles and use them either for floors or walls, and that way use the nice texture.

Work it into an entire cavern system. This is simply a 4 way pass through. Nice change in elevation. Use some TP and white glue on the caverns bam.
Cut the lip off around the edge paint and flock it as a piece of strange ruins.

This.
Or use it as a monolith/mountain type deal with the DMNate method.
Or even both!

I have created a settlement on Tatooine for a Star Wars game years ago for a friend of mine. I used pieces exactly like this!

Yes, tatooine buildings. The two towers are so damn small, so I think I have to cut them away and cover them.
Covering it in toiletpaper and create some rock spire is another idea I like.
