This was a series of large papercraft and cardboard (and 3D element) tiles that I made a little while back...
Pretty much the height of my large tile making experiments (so far)

Freak'in super cool AJ !!
you know what WE really need is MORE photos boss, one shot doesn't do this setup justice
"MORE PHOTOs, More Photos!!", the crowd incessantly continue their loud chanting...some have even picked up their gardening tools, and started making threating gestures with pitchforks...

when u r done with the prisoners u can march them down to the lava lake and dispose of the bodies easily. That has to be so far the awesomest of ur builds I like so far. Thanks for sharing that AJ. The green water-like substance in the back...what is it representing? Acid, Water, sewer??? The blue rising crystals r a nice touch too. I love the lava and been looking for the site where I can get something like it to slide under the tiles. May I ask where u got it from???

That is one amazing dungeon crawl layout AJ. I'm not at all surprised that you used Fat Dragon's tiles & etc because their artwork is very nice indeed.

Yes, and Fat Dragon consistently improves their designs over time, with easier construction and great artwork, plus, of course, its dirt cheap!

The PDF's are dirt cheap, but the inkjet ink... Well, that is more precious than gold. I, too, am a fan of Fat Dragon Games products. They make fantastic stuff. I've done price comparisons between inkjet, and color laser printer costs, per page: a typical page of text costs $0.20 on an inkjet, and all of $0.05 on a color laser printer, but the start-up costs are killer. Color laser printers are usually $300 and up, with four toner cartridges averaging $80 per; the economical part is that each toner cartridge is good for 1,000+ pages, with 20% coverage (graphics such as what we are interested in, will require 20% coverage, at least, per toner cartridge, so they won't last nearly as long printing graphics, compared to printing text, at 5% coverage, on average...) .
Few color laser printers will print on card stock, so this, too, is a limiting factor to switching to a color laser printer. If I had a color laser printer, heaven help me! I would print off a mountain of card stock, and spend the rest of my life cutting, scoring, and gluing... Cheers!

I use an HP Photosmart 5520 series, either 80gsm or 160gsm paper (so its just thick paper, not really card stock per se) and A continuous Ink Supply SystemI just got my first refill ink bottles (100 ml each) for a total cost of NZ$52 and these will cover thousands and thousands of printed pages.. the only cost here, in the long run, is loss of the warranty cover on the printer (boo hoo, for the money I saved, I could buy a new printer). I receive daily updates from Drivethru rpg for any new dungeon tile, papercraft and printable terrain products, so I regularly add to my rather vast collection, there is some really great stuff on the market.

Continuous ink systems are awesome. I have one for my HP Deskjet 4440. My papercraft collection has been steadily growing since I started running Pathfinder. I've been mixing papercraft buildings and accessories with cardboard tiles and DIY crafted terrain bits. I just glue everything to cardboard instead of foamboard, since I can scavenge for free cardboard at work.

Yeah, for some reason foam board is hideously expensive here in New Zealand, so, necessity calls for cardboard.

Now that's something I want, - a continuous ink supply system I've just purchased a Photosmart 7660 series printer and if I'm going to continue with paper modelling in the manner to which I'd like to become accustomed messing about filling cartridges will be too much of a pain.
