Super nice job dude. I've been playing with a similar solution that will work with my polystyrene halls and rooms. Originally I built my doors on a thin base so that I could slip them between halls and rooms. The idea was that I'd just slide them open and closed. Didn't like that solution so I went with a toothpick that sticks into the foam and allows the doors to swing open and closed without disturbing the dungeon tiles. I've been working on applying the same theory to walls and will glue gun the toothpick into the wall and then just stick them into the foam rooms. But, I'm not sold on using walls yet, someone always knocks them over or complains that they can't see the entire room. Please let us know how yours work out in game. I've found that everything I create needs to be updated after I actually play with it.

Lookin good, be careful with the height as they might obstruct play if your group likes to sit.

Lookin good, be careful with the height as they might obstruct play if your group likes to sit. We do like to sit, its a fact. Honestly, I'm more worried about the amount of the adult beverages that we consume that will more than likely obstruct play. Actually the walls are only 6cm tall and I don't plan on going any taller than that but they may be too tall. We're going to be using them in this up coming session. I'll let you know how it goes. How High would you suggest making walls in the future?

We are using them for the first time Sunday in our first semi-gridless encounter. I'll have the full scope on their functionality. Fingers Crossed!

These look nice! i like the bases a lot too! look a lot like my plastic bag method of making my walls if you haven't seen my post ill put a link below. Its a really cheap alternative and can be used just like your modular walls My approach on stone walls: dmscraft.proboards.com/thread/1247/new-approach-stone-walls

I'm a slave to the acrylics...
