Hello, hello.
Except for a (small) hiatus of 12 years I have been playing D&D since the Red Box era. I have played every edition and liked them. I recently became enormously frustrated with the 4e campaign I'm running (I make it up as I go along) mostly due to the cost of tiles/maps etc and the difficulty of conveying scale on a hand-drawn battle mat. Additionally nothing seemed to be an adequate representation of what is in my head. Enter, in quick succession, The DM's Craft and DMGInfo, and now I'm in freefall with no bottom in sight.
Looking forward to many happy hours learning from the magnificent work being showcased here and hopefully making my own small contribution.
