Thats why i really love this forum. crafters sharing crafts. Couldn't agree more on all counts. This is a tremendous forum. I am used to WII wargaming forums from way back. Nice to have a troll-free environment (as jumping on people who incorrectly site the slope angle of a Panther tank and castigate them viciously on the forum is what most historical wargamers live for. lol Awesome stonework. I painted mine for a cobblestone city street. Took forever and only looks OK. Great idea. Can't wait to see the finished build.

Wow! There have been/will be times when a lava set-up would be quite handy to have (will be playing G3 - Against the Fire Giants this Summer...). Thanks for showing how it is done. Cheers!

...a real hottie! I have tried lava terrain before, but wasn't really satisfied with the result. After seeing your stuff, I'll try again soon.

I can't believe thedmg did not respond with a food-based comment. Maybe he didn't want you to think he thought your work was cheesy! Love the texture and the lava looks great. Maybe one day I'll be brave enough to do a lava based tile.

I really like the way you are doing the stone texture with little pieces of cardboard. I can't wait to see the finished bridge.

I wonder how it would look like if you fill the crags between the rocks with lava too...
