Very nice. Are you planning to insert teeth into the sockets on the jaw?

Very nice. Are you planning to insert teeth into the sockets on the jaw? ya , i had to wait for the lower jaw to cure so i could work on adding the teeth and then add texture to the lower jaw to match . the REAL challenge will be adding in the floating orbs

That is super creepy. Great job!
Maybe some thin wire for the floating orbs? If you can paint it a shadowy grey, you might be able to make it look like they're floating?

Do they need to actually float around? if they only need to LOOK like they are floating, you might try the clear Elmers glue. I have used that very effectively for clear potions with suspended material.

If you can paint it a shadowy grey, you might be able to make it look like they're floating? thats what i was figuring on trying to do first , i just have to wait til the weekend to go to the model shop to get some thin high tensile wire so it keeps its shape once i bend it . i want to try and bend it in arcs , coming out of the stalk holes and orbiting in curves around the skull as if their in motion swirling around the head . because its taking so much time , i doubt it will be worth selling in my ETSY shop because the cost will be to high for this first test piece , so i will probably give it away as a "follow/likes" contest for my FB "artist" page .

Might work to use the sparkling orbs as independently based things.

Was mainly thinking of the way things work with both DDO and Neverwinter with areas that can be issues and various things that can add to an encounter by giving pushes to keep players moving rather than a lot of stationary fights which seems to pop up on the tabletop without things to push that.

interesting idea , but that would require a rewrite of the stats and a major upgrade in challenge rating . for anyone interested , i am doing this as a test piece to see how it looks and how hard it is to make to put some death tyrants in my ETSY shop . at this point its too labor intensive in this form to duplicate so THIS one will be given away as a contest prize . anyone wanting a chance to win it should like and follow my face book "artist page" www.facebook.com/stuffeyemake/

SPLENDID! It was a terrific, imaginative creation before the dental work. Now it is even better...an endearing smile if ever I've seen one. OUTSTANDING WORK!

a little update ....... the wire is high tensile wire that is hard to bend , so it should maintain its shape fairly well . the jaw , especially , was just to labor intensive to do these in THIS style for my ETSY shop , so for the shop version it will be a sculpted jaw like the 2 in the back row . this style will be a VERY limited edition simply because of how much time and effort they take to sculpt . i am still working on the painting details , but i am pretty happy with it so far .
