So, got started recreating my heroscape terrain. I will post pictures as I complete the pieces. I started out by black bombing the pieces. These were the green ground set. A couple of brown drybrushes, getting progressively lighter. In looking at these, I think I will leave a half to a third as bare ground. The rest I intend to flock on the raised portions. That will be tonight. I will post updates for anyone interested.

You know, with the heroscape tiles, if you paint the lower parts as lava while the raised parts in the blacks and greys with red/yellow tints, they would make for a rather interesting volcanic layout.

Looks like I need to buy more heroscape tiles! That is a fantastic idea.

Nice paint, this looks like a large project. if you have half as much heroscape stuff as I do this would be a year long chore.
