Try to provide a meaningful title rather than just "?" (which I've changed for you).

JB Weld: two-part epoxy for metal repairs. One of the best, won't expand, like Gorilla Glue, which requires water moisture, to cure. Cheers!

If you are glueing the miniature to a base use Goop or E6000

Hot glue sucks for any kind of permanent bond on non porous surfaces. Heck, not that strong on porous surfaces, either.

I agree with the super glue, but if you are able, I would also do what they call pinning the mini, which simply means taking a metal wire, paper clip works for this, drilling a small hole in each part then gluing the pin into each hole so that the part has a little more support. Granted, drilling the hole isn't the easiest thing to do, first you need something to drill with, a pin-vice will do the trick, then you have to get both holes in the right place for each of the pieces to meet correctly!
Also agree with sgtslag for the epoxy!

The issue with Super Glue is that it has virtually no sheer strength... Period. Glue two pieces together with it, then twist. They typically will come apart surprisingly easy. If you try to pull them apart, they won't budge, but twist...
Super Glue was invented for use in surgical OR's, to bond skin instantly. For that, it cannot be beaten by any other glue. It works well on cuts, but store-bought is not guaranteed sterile -- you have been warned. Cheers!

Also agree with sgtslag for the epoxy! I used to never "pin" anything. Too often, an arm or sword will come off in general use. Skunkape is 100% correct. I now pin EVERYTHING. I just no longer have to worry. One additional bit of advice, get a pin vice from hobby lobby or other craft store. Don't make the mistake of buying one from Games Workshop like I did. There is nothing wrong with it, it just cost 16X as much.
