He has a couple of books out, detailing his techniques. He also sells his works of art, typically around $2,000 for a head similar to what is in the video. They take dozens of hours of work, to make, in spite of the video... The books are fun, and interesting. One is about making monsters, the other is dedicated to making dragons, both mounted heads, and full dragons, head, body, wings, tails, etc. Check the usual book sources, including your local library, if interested. Cheers!

I taught middle school art for a couple of years and making monsters from his book was one of the units. Most kids really got into it -- one kid made a dragon that was so big he had to sit in the back of his folks pickup to hold it to take home [where, I believe, it got hung about his bed]. About 20 of the projects still lurk around the library -- even though I haven't taught the class in about 8 years. Kids still ask me when I will be teaching art again so they can look forward to making monsters . . .
I emailed Dan Reeder, the guy who makes the videos, and he was very nice. He's a former math teacher.
I cannot recommend his books enough. The toughest part now is finding wire coat hangers. I can't find those puppies anywhere.
