Looks good to me. So in your first drawing (the side view of the clip) you show 1/2" from the tip to the underside of the horizontal segment. In this second drawing (of the tile) you show 0.50" from the base to the top of the wall. That's correct, but in that same drawing you see that the spaces themselves have some height (e.g. the 0.3125" term). So you'd want to reduce that dimension on the clip from 1/2" to something like 5/16", in order to ensure it doesn't conflict with the spaces. exactly thats what i thought but i wanted to make sure before i changed anything

Yes, that reflects what I saw you guys talking about before.

Now, since you're 3D printing and not using chipboard, I think you have an opportunity the "thin down" the spaces, make 'em less chunky. Kinda like Jennifer did with her OpenCork look. But you were also concerned about going too thin on the cap piece. Guess that'll just take some experimentation?

I uploaded a 2.5" wide, 2" tall, 1/4" thick wall STL file to the DropBox. I'm done with it.. blender is frustrating me.. I couldn't do all what I wanted like make 1.25", 1.5", 1.75" and 2" wide versions. AT 2.5" wide the bricks are the right dimensions--i.e. they match the dimensions of the bricks in the 1/2" tall walls. So you can simply rescale on the X axis and squish the bricks down or do some clever cut and pasting. I'm done with the wall segment though -- frustrated. Go ahead and scale to the appropriate thickness .. it's at 1/4" now but you can easily stretch out the thickness by simple Y scaling. THen recess in for the clip to your liking.

I cant draw out that clip to the dimensions listed. The 1/16" part that actually clips on the wall, comes out thinner than a 1/16". To make it a true 1/16" think we would need to widen the 3/8" top part.
Never mind. My drawing got constrained in a weird way...... carry on.

Bare bones wall (door) clip uploaded. I wont do any more work on it until it fits the model perfectly. My gut feeling says it will be too tight.

Forgive my ignorance in asking this, but why again are the 'clip on' wall portions going to be 2" tall? The base being 1/4" with 1/2" of standard wall on top of that will be dwarfed by a 2" clip on don't you think? No offense meant to all the AWESOME work you ALL are doing. Just wondering.

Is it possible for someone to post the embiggended Wyloch OF 2.0 magnetized floor base and basic stone cut floor piece with the official embiggended dimensions? Stl please. The printer arrives tomorrow and I will try to break it in with floor bases and caps. Magnets have arrived!:

These are for traps and doors etc. Along the same line as Wyloch's trap wall segments:

That is the point actually, walls are not normally the focal point because there so hard to play with, but with the short walls and using clips to accent the important bits (i.e windows, doors, traps) you have all playability with very little interference. But your right the pieces dwarf the walls but in a good way

Well it's gonna be another day before I have those tiles ready. I keep getting busy.
Feel free to do them if you like. After seeing Curufin's and Darkness skills lately, I am sure they could probably whip them out in a couple hours heh.
All dimensions and other notes are well documented in this thread. Should be easy to throw together.
