You could try giving it a acetone bath or fog and that would smooth it a lot but you will loose some detail

One thing you can do is an acetone touchup to that one, and it tends to remove the grittiness, though the detailing tends to be slightly iffy in the end, but it works well for the prints that have more obvious marks from the printing.
