A squinting, butterfly-ridden tree. Now that is something new! Honestly, now I want to see a tree that's sneezing. Complete with sneeze-contorted face and resin-snot flying. And a surpised-looking butterfly riding the snotwave.

Your continued support is appreciated/adored. I am delighted you like The Tree & Mushroom, AND the Mage, who is now a Witch & completed (see above).

And a surpised-looking butterfly riding the snotwave. ...maybe surfing the wave. Thanks, Daniel. The Tree really need just a touch to have a story. The butterfly was the touch.

AND I have my version of Marjoriy The Trash Heap (Fraggle Rock) underway. This Jim Henson's Marjorie: This my Trash Heap a la Marjory thus far: Marjory was inspired by tauser's version of the Trash Girl. It's a start.

The Tower is getting some attention. The tree is part of the Tower itself with the entryway between the boles. The door will be getting hinges & some sort of steampunky door knob gizmo: Things may go a bit slower with more than one thing on the go, but nothing loses interest.

All hail Madame Trashheap! Thanks for the reply AND the pic, erho! The problem with the photo I had was the lack of detail. Your illustration is much more detailed. There is still the problem the my version is larger than the original Marjory; SO all the garbage is smaller by comparison.

You can find it easily yourself, but I just wanted to go searching for the trash heap myself:
Even more gorgeous garbage, to get into the mood:

Notice the steering wheel in the 3rd to last one...the Gorgs have cars?!
I remember as a kid she freaked me out a little, but I always looked for stuff in her. Pretty sure there a gold ring in most appearances

Thanks for the research material, Daniel. There's a lot more to The Girl than I thought. I better start casting up a ton of apple cores.
