How cool is that! I love this, you've succesfully married the old to the new. Just goes to show that 3D printing need not be the end of scratch building but can actually make it even more awesome.

[WIP] I put together another speeder bike. This time I used GamesWorkshop Tau parts and some printed pieces. The bulk of the bike is made up from a Tau Ion Cannon turned upside-down. The parts are a Tau Ion Cannon (I don't play any 40k so I dont know much about any of this....it actually took me over an hour scouring through Tau google images just to figure out what it was). I also used the backs of a couple of Tau guns and the head off of a Tau battle suit(?). The rest of the parts (seat back, controls, thrusters, and thruster arms) I designed and printed... trying to keep the overall aesthetics similar. I still have to assemble the second bike, then I will try to figure out a color scheme.
