I quite enjoyed building the taps. If anyone has any ideas on how to build more types, other than puits, I'd be interested in hearing them.

Thanks for the ideas Michael. I'll have to give those a try. In the mean time, here's a quick shot of my desktop and a couple of pieces I put together yesterday. Some fire, doors, metal gates, book shelves

Each stair down is actually another thin layer of card. I'm going to try and use shadow to give the impression of greater depth, but I felt they needed to actually be their own stairs, and not just painted on.

the advantage of double corrugated cardboard is that it allows you to do depth.
love your steel gates. quite simple in design, does the job well and in a lazy way at it too. love them a lot.
