so I had to remake my tile set due to flooding I managed to get 40 or so pieces remade (double thick cardboard with walls attached) corridors and rooms. This thread may have been talked about already, however here goes. I decided to cover up the corrugation. What are some ideas I could use to do this since the walls are already attached. So far I have come up with hot, glue, the white glue and sand trick or card stock. any other suggestions would be helpful thanks. Nothing has been based or painted yet.

You could hide the corrugation with masking tape, or paper towel wetted with a water/glue mixture...

I've used thin cut strips of cardstock to cover up corrugations. That seems to be the easiest and cheapest approach.

cheapest approach is still masking tape. but you'd have to take one that actually tapes well. otherwise it will fall off. the cheap dollar ones aren'T cool for that.
hot glue is awesome. just takes a much of it. waterred down paper towel are best in themselves. but takes time to dry.
so whatever method you use, they all have their drawbacks and pros. but none are so far better then another.

I have just started using "Craft Tape" it is about 2" wide and has a paper finish on the non-glue side. 50M for $2.80. My videos have yet to catch up to this...

Yeah, I've got to get some craft tape myself, I've been using strips of cardstock, but that takes way longer than I want!

Hi. I have used masking tape with good success on new pieces, and card stock on existing pieces. I have also used flat foam cut from foam plates. This has the advantage of being easy to texture. I usually use with a ball point pen to draw blocks or cracks.

I add my vote to the craft tape. useful for covering the edges, but can be also used to create texture if cut to small shapes and applied before the painting and sealing.
