I recently bought the $10 bucket of Mythical Warriors from Toys R Us with the intent of modding them. I've been having some major difficulty gluing anything to them. All my attempts of using Super Glue (Cyanoacrylate) in liquid or gel form have ended in complete failure. I've had only partial success with E6000. I don't think I'd be able to use epoxy because of my inability to clamp such small things. Any advice on modding these little guys would be much appreciated.

I successfully made driders using epoxy. I did pin the bodies because I am hard on my minis. I think hot glue will also work, but that can look messy.

Depending on what you want to do pinning is a pretty good idea. Soft plastic is a pain to work with as it doesn't take paint very well, or glue either. You might try contact cement and see if that works.

Thanks for the advice! Pinning I don't think would work for this particular mod but I'll certainly try it for others. I was hesitant to use hot glue on this but I'm quite pleased with how it worked. I need to use an exacto and some clay (which surprisingly holds on) to clean it up. This won't work for all the mods I plan to do so I'll look into some contact cement and see how that works.
