Hey, all. I'm trying out an idea for a darkmantle. I know the scale is off - they are supposed to be small size - but it is a prototype and I wanted them to be able to engulf their prey. I'm not fully convinced, though. The material (a cocktail umbrella) is quite fragile. Looks okay, though. Darkmantle

Ah, Yes. I know I saved it in my brain as "thing I should trie if I have......what is it called T....a, Yes Time!" ;-) But there are a lot of other things saved and never enough time.

that looks right, great idea to use those unbrella. scale do not matter in d&d because most monsters can simply be enlarged for higher level monsters. thus a small sized darkmantle can easily go as far as become a colossal monster ! can you imagine that... a colossal darkmantle.
