Thank you!
This was for a 3.5 campaign a while back, but I think they are in 4e, however I found pathfinder rules for glass golem and that worked fine.

I got the glow in the dark hot glue at the Dollar Tree, just a $1 store here in central Oklahoma.
Ive been wondering about using blacklights and UV lamps for glowing patterns and such at the table, thats pretty interesting!

Hey all! Ive been following Scotty and the big hitters on Y'Tube for a while now but I finally stopped to notice there was a forum for people like me; Trash recycling wargamers!
Ive been playing D&D and Warhammer since the early 90's, off and on. Currently I have the honor of running a group open to all RPG and wargames for well over a year now, giving me a regular crafting schedule. I love it.
I feel the need to give my credentials and useless personal info:
40/M Married (to non-gamer) 13yo Daughter(gamer) 9yo Son (gamer) I collect guitars, not expensive ones, just loads of favorites. Spent 3 years working on audio setup/repair for live music. Moved to Texas. Spent 2 years at AngelSwords.com as apprentice. Moved to Oklahoma got married and had a family back in 2003. Work in IT for sovereign native government. Just got a new(used) truck. Finishing up a greathelm and gauntlets for use in SCA combat. Just started up a 10mm fantasy army("Warband" by Pendraken) because I miss Warmaster by GW. In the middle of watching Berzerk the series and Flash with the missus. Beginning evil party campaign where "evil" is blurring the lines of morality and choices aren't all that clear. No murder hoboism at my table.
Thats about it, hardly a best seller autobiography!
If anyone wants to game or work on SCA/LARP/Contact European MA in the Oklahoma area, hit me up!

Remember the old Young Sherlock Holmes movie where he fights some animated stained glass? Well I do anyway, and I wanted my group to all die a painful death by something unusual(which is all the time amirite DMs?) Spoiler alert, "Shatter" spell is the opposite of "Mend", and it took 4 rounds for the party to figure it out and win the day. TPK another day I guess! CD case, I drew a simple 2d effigy and traced it on with a hobby knife, and scuffed it up wiht sandpaper in prep of the paint: Make it a friend because blessings come in pairs: Line them out in black for the leadding, and I mounted them in a block of foam core to match our old terrain tile set(now using plaster cast from Hirtsarts) This was on game night right before they figured out the spell: Hope you all enjoyed it! P.S. Before you ask, I still havnt painted that Monopoly LOTR Aragorn, but thats another story.

I was impressed by Scotty's hot glue cube, and decided to try my hand at it. This is an older build of mine, but I'm new here so this is all new now too! As the form emerged from the fetid ponds of the dungeon, our heroes braced themselves for the jiggling giant, gripping their weapons tighter this time... I used CD cases for the main structure. Just score the grid with a utility knife and remove excess.... Score it up and snap them out: Get that hot glue gun out and take your time holding them in place. The dwarf slowly lost all his saves for the sake of scale in this pic. Now on to the texturing with more hot glue! Gloopy circles, the way Scotty like 'em! Thats about it, except I used glow in the dark hot glue for a great effect on the table: Hope you enjoyed, all credit goes to Scotty for the idea.

I'd say add sculpy and bake, add sculpy and bake, over and over and over. It may crack, but you just add more sculpy and bake! Ive done a DIY post at another forum and thats all I did. Wire and aluminum ball and a glass marble for the eye. The eye stalks still have a little give in them but thats no problem, they dont deform or anything. My Sculpy Beholder
