My Dungeon Tiles 'Project'

I am the Great Craftholio! I need TP for my bedroll! 

I took some of that fluffy white internal furniture lining (I'm sure it has a better name lol), and soaked it in watered down PVA, and stuck it to a cardboard base, about 2 squares long and 1 square wide. When almost dry, I teased it with an x-acto knife to roughen and fluff it up a bit so it kinda took on the look of animal skin, pelt, fur whatever.. but meh, the paint inevitably messed that bit of detail up so it came out more like really dirty hay and muck. But that works too, cause I need a whole bunch of ém as goblin/orc/smelly bandits beds for the campaign, so no need for clean bedding. A tattered blanket to top it off. Now to make a dozen more variations.

Hahaha, that's the first thing I thought when I took the picture..

I guess it could be a magical item.. err.. a Dwarven Boundless Blanket of Brown Beardstains?

Yeah, it was just too darn chocolaty, I had to redo it with another color.. I don't want one of my players making thát mistake. 

Made a few more in this 'style', next bunch I'll try with some other bedding materials, for some variation.

Those look better! I've found that if I take a picture of something then look at the picture, it shows me the real look of the craft! For instance, in the picture I'll see the areas of white that I missed after painting something. Not sure whether my brain is just ignoring it when I'm looking at the piece or not, but I sure see those details when I look at it again in picture form!
