Wylfebane, new here. Found this forum site through black magic crafts listings on Google Search. Great tutorials there, I've been watching his videos and tutorials over a month. So I started using his tutorials, the long boat video tutorial and template, I have built 2 different long boats. Changed up couple things, made one a viking/northmans longboat, it's the first boat i've made. The 2cd boat abut smaller and more to the templates size is what call my zombie boat, crewed by zombies and skeletons. Lol. Also 3 huntsman huts, triangles shaped little buildings pretty cool and fun builds. Built a street lamp/lantern, small build but tedious with all the small parts. Also building my version bmc's cottage, just now putting in the door and windows, and also trying my hands at his bmc's towers/gate house model, yep using his tutorial for that one as well. When I figure out how to post pics on here, I'll post some. I have also been building a few things using Hurst arts molds, a warlock's house, a ruined feildstone tower, an octagon feildstone tower.a modular inn, some dungeo/maze prices. And achieve other things using the first arts molds, again when I figure the pic thing out I'll post those as well. One more I've built a mountain/hill landscape, looks pretty cool I think, the dragon makes it pop I think, lol. Same as above on pic thing. Remember these are my first scratch built doodads in a long long while. I'll try to get the pic up soon as I can.
Welcome to the forums traveler! Hope you enjoy your time here and make sure to share pictures of your work, we all look forward to each person's views on crafting, you never know where inspiration will come from!
Thank you each and all for the greetings. Dying to share pics. I have few on my phone, just wandering how to post from phone to here. Any detailed instructions would be awesome. Again thanks for the greetings. Yes last month or so as I stated I've been using bmcs (black magic crafts) tutorials, and last four or five years I've been using five molds from Hurst arts. Planning to get more of those in the coming months. I'll post pics as soon as I figure it out.

sgtslag: Still unpacking after moving in October... Too much stuff, crafting materials are mostly still in boxes. Weekends are busy with life, so little progress made. Getting the urge to push through, though, soon. I have several projects waiting...

sgtslag: Started working on making hills, which match my Tee-Time carpet I use for my "grass mat," on my gaming table, for big battles. Got two long chunks of open-cell foam, from a friend. Used my Proxxon Hot Wire Cutter to make terrain hills out of them.

sgtslag: Came up with around 80 hills. Covering them with the same carpet, from scraps. They will match the tabletop, perfectly. Contact Cement, is my friend. Will post on it, when I get the pictures uploaded. Some prototypes done, as proof-of-concept...

sgtslag: 50 Hills completed, 24 left to cover the sides on. Hoping to finish this project within the week. Then I'll post a build description. For war gaming, but it can cross over to RPG sessions... They match the ground 'cloth', perfectly.

sgtslag: Sorry, randywest, the listed makers are the only ones I know.

sgtslag: Ran out of Hot Glue, with only five hills left to add a skirt to the sides of. Wal-Mart closes at 8:00 PM, thanks to COVID. GRRRrrr! Another 30 minutes of work, and I would have been done: ~77 hills, modular, perfectly matching my table's ground cloth!
