Per Gary Gygax's 1977 Monster Manual, if a 5'-tall Human is 25mm scale, then a Frost Giant would be ~60mm tall. I suspect he based these on 54mm Cave Men toy figures he acquired, and used for Hill Giants. There are also 60mm tall Viking toy figures out there. The 54mm Cave Men figures are to scale with the original MM's size for Hill Giants, and 60mm Vikings are to scale with the MM entry for Frost Giants.
The skeleton figures are ~63mm tall. They are a yellowish bone colored plastic. Having painted up similar plastic figures, I know that if I paint up their weapons, base them, and apply The Dip (Minwax Polyshades Urethane Stain -- Royal Walnut color), they will have that, 'just dug up', look to them, that I love.
The package contains 16 figures, for $1.99. They are left-over Halloween toys, so they won't be around long... Grab them while you can -- if you find them! Cheap, Giant Skeletons are always fun fodder for fantasy games, whether RPG, Miniatures, or something else...
Back in the 70's, Dragon Magazine published an article where the author invited his historical friends over for a WW II mini's game with Nazi soldiers, in a halftrack, and other vehicles, with Panzerfausts (German Bazooka), and other modern weapons.
He also invited his fantasy mini's gamer friends, who expected a fantasy game with Orcs, Giants, and magic... They both got what they expected. Sort of.
He combined the two: the Nazi players expected to assault a medieval, European castle -- they did, but it was defended by a Fireball-throwing Wizard, and the troops they fought were Ogres, Orcs, and other fantasy monsters!
The fantasy players expected to fight sword-wielding Humans/humanoids, with swords, bows, and arrows. What they got were Nazis with sub-machine guns, rocket launchers, and other "modern", real-world weapons. It was a fun article to read.
When my son saw the Skeletons I bought, he commented we should play an Army Men game with the Greenies fighting Skeletons with swords and axes! I may just have to figure out how to modify my Army Men rules to allow it. Hmmm... Cheers!

And now for something completely different:
