Looks pretty cool. P.S. you can quote my post to get the forum code for the image and edit your first post to include it, and I'll delete it from my post after you do it.

Thanks. The color is a little off. I was using a fluorescent light. The blue 'rocks' under the figure are gray in natural light.

Excellent. I ran a whole adventure back in 4th ed days using Galeb-Duhr as Gorons and based very loosely on LoZ;OoT

I am going to use this thread to post my homemade figures. I will probably add one per week or so. Many will be old news. My first homemade monster, a Disenchanter ('eats' magic). Made from a gazelle, a bit of gum (for the hump) and the snout off an elephant.

Brilliant. He has the look of the original plastic hybrid creatures that the original D&D monsters were inspired by.

Wow, Disenchanter Beast, that takes me back. Wasn't it in an old White Dwarf in the 70's?

Wow, Disenchanter Beast, that takes me back. Wasn't it in an old White Dwarf in the 70's? I got it from the Fiend Folio, but I think it did appear in White Dwarf first.

Chess piece scatter terrain. Pick up an old chess/checker set at yard sale or thrift shop, add some super glue and paint. Inexpensive scatter terrain for PCs (or monsters) to hide behind.

A gelatinous cube...with a toothpick spear and the zombie figure glued inside. I actually like the color this has aged to.

The are SPLENDID creations, each unique with a charm all their own. The Galeb Duhr is one I'd like to try; AND I love the Anorexic Elephant/Disenchanter. All are WONDERFULLY WELL DONE!

Last picture post on this thread? Why is a chest the most common mimic form? Mimic - made from a Mage Knight chest and bits of foam Ropers - aluminum foil, hot glue, toothpicks, pipe cleaners

You don't often see or hear a Truck with forked tongue. GREAT AND IMAGINATIVE STUFF once more!

Thanks. I have seen a bed mimic somewhere. I cannot remember where it was.

Not a monster, but useful, a cart - craft sticks, HeroClix base wheels, stir stick axle - I did not paint the horse. The wheels turn, I put the axle in a channel made from craft sticks.

My take on a violet fungus, aluminum foil stem and body, 18 ga insulated wire tentacles, tooth pick bones at base, hot glue texturing - tried to make the body look like a morrell mushroom.

You don't often see or hear a Truck with forked tongue. GREAT AND IMAGINATIVE STUFF once more! A mimic taking the shape of a Truck? Maximum Overdrive and Trucks would have made more sense, if that was the case!
