TM means unregistered trademark - "Using the unregistered trademark symbol indicates you haven't registered the mark but are giving notice of your rights." If Scotty want's to retain 'tilescape' as a trademark - he must challenge their use formally ( eg. send them a letter asking them not to use the name for competing products ). Now the company behind what your linking to seems to be a 1 man circus and their 'product' is by-nc-nd ( meaning anyone can distribute it for free ) so I kinda doubt the will respons to the chalange with anything other than by removing that name.
