I'm in. I haven't been printing much since my pinball mods have been taking off, but I know I will be back in the groove when the temps plummet. I am glad to see you guys getting paid for your efforts and can't wait to see everything you have come up with. You better get working on some more stretch goals, you are off to a running start =)
Grats guys, can't wait to start printing!

Stupid question, but the last kickstarter had a trial-version with two free tiles to test or something. Anyone know where I can get those before I back the new one (that looks awesome) ? Nevermind, found it on DrivethroughRPG

Since nobody else seems to be following it, congrats guys on an amazing kickstarter. $15k for your first kickstarter is pretty amazing. 2000% funding! I am still on my gaming drought, constantly questioning if I want to start up another game or not. I am pretty certain once I start pumping out your new tiles I will quickly make up my mind. =)

Thanks, Meph! It was a weird, wild ride. And running a KS was about a million times more stressful and time consuming than I would have thought possible. I sincerely hope you get the itch back to run a game. Maybe a one-off adventure here and there would help bridge the gap?

Wow, congratulations! That is a fantastic result on the kickstarter. I already made a set of dungeon tiles with slightly different measurements (metric, and thicker bottoms), so unfortunately these tiles do not match with my own. Otherwise I certainly would've gotten a set!

I don't have a 3D printer (yet, it is on my to do list for next year), but I really appreciate the superior design of these tiles, with the wall placement allowing for full squares.. that is just brilliant and really sets these tiles in a league of their own.

Printed and painted my first TrueTile Love how the wizard fits on the tile against the wall! I sat a 1 inch base on that tile and it fit perfectly! Love the low walls so you can see what's going on. Going to re-paint this I think. Overdid it on the highlights

I switched to Simplify 3D which wont run on the laptop I have been using. I have a new Micro SD card arriving Friday so I can run my Octoprint server and get my printer back up in service. Since you guys delivered the full set yesterday, I have a LOT of printing to do =)

Printing a bunch off these off now and painting. They are intensley satisfying! Love the low walls and not having to worry about the walls at all. Love how all the minis fit like they should in the double wall hallway piece, impressive! Love how the clank when they hit the table and against each other and the amount of area 4 tiles covers.

What's your layer height, just curious... I like looks of .1 layer height. The tile above doesn't look like the ones I'm painting now.

Wyloch, here's how the tiles look now. I based with 4 thin coats of espresso brown. Mids were a warm medium gray. Highlights are Folk Art Linen. (or was it Americana I forget). I am going to selectively paint bricks on each tile, at a later date, once I figure out the color scheme. EDIT: I went really cheap. Printed them in $11.99 per roll red PLA. I am finding the $11.99 rolls of Excelvan off ebay give me absolutely no problems with my Wanhao Duplicator I3 V2. I often buy the 2 colors per spool pkg's for $11.99. (1kg total). I find it doesn't work any differently than the hatchbox that costs twice as much.

Painted the bricks and then sealed tiles with Krylon Matte Clear Spray.

I really like the size of the squares. They look more like 5 feet wide relative to the figure standing on them. 1 inch squares (instead of 1.25") look to small really.. no?
Anyways, I am going to make a custom set of 1/4" square measuring sticks. Where each "inch" mark is actually 1.25". That way I can play non-gridded if I want using those sticks.. or pieces of string or whatever. Does this make sense?

Really great to see successful printed works. Nice painting. I overdid the highlights looking back at the photos I am not pleased And I need to make my colored bricks a bit darker I do like the spray coat of Krylon over it though.. Gives it that nice rubbery type feeling making them less likely to chip. Should be good for clip on walls. I might try the brush on poly as well. I can probably dull the brush on poly with a final mist of the krylon matte no?
