It's keeping the glue only where it belongs that I found so hard with those vehicle models back in the day!
Your dog is much better overall and a much better match to the original. But maybe if he is going for volume sales, he needs to look not TOO much like the original.

Well I underestimated the desire for an alternative. Yesterday I posted my Terror Dog model in a Ghostbusters pinball thread. I linked it to the original model and said I resized it, changed the back legs a little because they kept breaking, and offered to print and paint if anyone wanted one. I ended up with 26 orders in the first 24 hours. Lol. Fortunately I had 15 of them printed already, figuring they would last me weeks. So my printer has been going nonstop for 2 days. I can't seem to print more than 1 at a time or they mess up for some reason. I ordered a 50 pack of boxes to ship figuring again that they would last a while. Looks like I found a little needed service. We'll see how long it lasts. Now it's really time for me to learn modeling since I have some great ideas for more pinball mods. curufin , any advice on software and tutorials would be great. This is how I spent this morning.

How can you have a PKE mode in the game without a proper PKE Meter? I am anticipating a flurry of requests on this one too.

Meph, Awesome stuff!!!!! As far a software goes, it really depends on what you wan't to do with it. Google Scetch Up is probably the easiest and fastest to learn, but the free version means you cant sell anything and they 'own' anything you make. Blender is absolutely free and you can use it for whatever you like and It will also do just about anything, but the learning curve is STEEP. If you are into CAD programs, OpenCad, FreeCad, or Inventor may be decent avenues to look into. In any case, I use YouTube tutorials to learn the programs....one step at a time.

I got a free 1 year commercial license for Autodesk Fusion 360 with my printer which I haven't activated yet. I think I will and check that out although I imagine the learning curve is pretty steep there. I might have to give blender a try again although when I messed with it before it seemed very counter intuitive. I shipped out my first batch today. I have 8 more to ship from the first batch when they pay me and another 25 or so to get printed up and I will put the next wave up for sale. I am trying to manage it without getting over my head with a backlog. Once I am caught up on the dogs I will move on to the PKE meters. Might need another printer just to start making tiles

I now realise it is only a matter of time before I get my own pinball machine.. I play pinball on my tablet almost every day and played at cafes all the time when I lived in Auckland city, decades ago. The idea of modifying your own pinball machine, oh man.

@aj, they are a ton of fun. My arcades get turned on from time to time and guests will check them out some, but the Pinball machines are always the big hit. They get turned on every night by the family and all the guests gravitate to them. Just be prepared for sticker shock.
