That's pretty neat. Will it end up a central tread with cannons on each side ?

Was hoping to spray paint a base coat on today, but the rain is making that a no go. It's hard to see, but the biggest addition is ton of rivets.

The bike is awesome and I love your mega armor ork too.
If I get back into warhammer, I'll be doing my bikes in a similar manner.

Admittedly it's not a bike, but I didn't feel like starting a new thread for one picture.
GW added a new fortification called the Armored Munitorum Storage Container. For 40pts it let's your flame throwers shoot farther, and let's you re-roll 1's to hit. Plus you know, it's like a wall you can hide behind. The official model is all Imperial Forces of the Man themed, so I whipped one up for my Orks.

Put some paint on the Amored Storage container I need to find a convenient way to craft 10 or so Eavy Shoota/Storm Bolter equivalents, as I've already built another 3 containers.

Depending on the size needed, disposable razors have some interesting designs on the handles... if you need thinner though, maybe do a homemade silicon mold of the handle, fill with 2part expoxy? When I played Orks, most of my Orks were WFB Orks with trimmed down Crossbows, Lego weapons, Starwars action figure blasters, Space Marine Weapons, bits of spru shaped into weapons, and other random crap. Then again, I was playing on a budget. Which was why I was playing Orks *sheepish grin* I did put together a pretty nifty Storm Bolter from coffee stirrers, parts from a busted radio (namely capacitor, a couple of resistors, and some wire. May have been a skinny popsicle stick in there too... it's been over 15 years and I've slept since then I think I improvised a Flamer with fuel tank from a capacitor, the flexible part from juice-box straws, and a sawed down piece of an ink-pen cap

Yes the real joy of playing 40K orks is kitbashing pretty much everything. Speaking of which, I've made some Mega Armored Nobz since I last posted.

Not really into 40K or orks for that matter but I do love me a good scratch build and this thread sure has a lot of them
