Totally love both sculpts!
I'd paint the 'general rot' -clusters in a color scheme other than green though. Maybe more like the intestines, or in a sick yellow-red/brown?

I was afraid to go any darker with the rot clusters because I feared they would give it a giant with spots appearance from a distance. A sickly yellow highlight could work though. Thanks for the suggestion.

Oh these are just awesome. I love the first one for his Nurgle-ness. I love the second one for his usefulness with a bunch of different games. I have that cyclops too. Never considered converting him into a demon.

When I think of Plague bearers I always imagine them one eyed and tall. When I saw that cyclops it was the first thing that came to mind. He's less fat guy and more Uber Plague Bearer.

Added paint to the eyes, teeth, horns, and open wounds as well as a drybrushed highlight of light green over the skin. I'll add this image to the OP as well.

He looks like he should be battling He-Man over Castle Greyskull
