Looks like a chanterelle to me, but maybe that's because it's yellow. I like it, whatever it is =)

Todays post are the new thingies I have ready for painting & basing: an updated Witch's cap, three new Mushrooms, & all the new supporting cast mushrooms. Nothing exciting, but progress nonetheless: Domed bases ready for scenicing: The new stuff awaiting painting: The Witch's Cap has developed a personality: Three new Mushrooms: AND after finishing all the supporting cast mushrooms, I now have some more to do up: Until whenever. :clown:

This happy little Mushroom was sent to Friend Dinos in Athens several years ago. He is part of the Festive decorations again this year: God bless us, everyone!

I did up some small mushrooms that I had sculpted quite a while ago. I'm working in reverse on these; i.e., normally I do the big Mushrooms then make small ones of the same sort. This time I am planning on making a couple/few big Mushrooms to match the small ones: Have the MERRIEST of Christmases! God bless us everyone!

I LOVE the vibrant color schemes! They all work, so well together. I also love the cohesiveness of the whole: the color scheme, the sculpting style, the whimsy, and the fun. Thank you, for sharing your art with us. Cheers!

It was a fairly productive weekend. In addition to a bunch of new toadstools, I got a good start on the Faerie Wing Witch's base & sculpted, base coated a new type of Mushroom; he looks some where between the Creature from the Black lagoon & Frankenstein's Monster. The Mushroom from the Black Lagoon: The Faerie Winged Witch's base: More photos when things progress...be warned!

I had, for me, a fairly productive day today; i.e., I started, finished, based, & took photos of the new style ambulatory Mushroom aka The Mushroom from The Black Lagoon. Seen here on The Spooky Woods photo stage: That is it for January!

I finished the third Mushroom Witch yesterday & took these photos just now: AND the three Witches together: Now I have only the Witch with the butterfly wings to do. Then on to YET MORE madness. Until then.

Love the moon and stars mushrooms! Thanks, margaret. I am delighted you like them. The Faerie Witch is finally done. She is the last of the work in progress pieces that I had sitting on the bench: Now on to new strangeness.

Plodding along, I now have a bunch of new stuff ready for basing. In addition to the thingies shown here there are another twenty small toadstools: We see what I can accomplish over the weekend...if anything.
