You are gonna need a bigger house... Just sayin'. Cheers! I figure moving into a jumbo jet hangar would do the trick.

I finally finished twisting the branches on Tree #1. You can get a better idea of just how many branches are involved from the top view: Doing the clay sculpt on the trunk & larger branches & glue gun teasing the smaller branches & roots is next. This one will be getting a face as well. Then there will be another eleven or so trees to make... sigh.

I finished the Frog Witch & Wizard a couple of days ago, AND finally got around to taking a few photos of the couple: Photo stage photos should happen eventually.

The idea behind The Swamp is to create a Mordheim like board with the isles substituting for the ruined buildings. The isles will all be connected by rickety walkway like those connecting the upper stories of the ruins in Mordheim, Here a fall is not onto the unforgiving cobblestones, it is a splash into the horridly toxic waters of The Swamp. SO I have another isle underway. This one was meant to be the home of the (North Umbrian Tin Soldiers') Witches Toil & Trouble: It seems that I can only insert the one photo. I will try to post more whenever.

I got in some work on The Swamp stuff. The third of the four trees now has its full compliment of twisted wire branches: It is the one on the far right: AND Toil & Trouble's Isle building has a clockwork door mechanism: More as things develop...whenever that is.

Friend Ethan & I had been talking about Cruel Reality . The thought of making Cruel Reality as a miniature was too good not attempt it. SO I made up an armature with hands & face from the G.W. Zombie sprue: AND sculpted him & Dead Fred the Tombstone: Basing & painting next.

Nice demonstration of making a figure from parts and green stuff! Thanks, margaret. Making new miniatures from spare parts, Green Stuff & a little imagination opens up a lot of interesting possibilities. I am happy you like the results. Cruel Reality now is based up with another haunted tombstone for company: AND I based & base coated a bunch of SpellCrow Hobgoblins: A Goblin with Mandolin & Dog, Halfling with Pig, & a Zealot Wizard: I am going to have to start painting things up pretty soon...maybe.

The latest on Toil & Troubles Isle: I did some sanding & base coating on the base AND started doing the roofs in DAS air dry clay. The clay had suffered from the trip up North & needed a bit of hydration, but the results were acceptable: More whenever.
