The only judging I have seen here has been when we have a CraftWars Contest!
Not sure of your age or how thing are over in the Netherlands but some ideas to get players:
1> Being in school (university or secondary) it should be easy to find a group or start a group. 2> If there are any Dutch places like GraigsList (classified ads) place a free ad. 3> I know Steve Jackson Games (GURPS) has a game finder. 4> Local gaming store, ask an owner or manager if they might be willing to host a game or if you can demo running a game (can at least meet other people who might be interested in playing). 5> Some libraries in the US have community rooms (not sure about Europe). Libraries tend to be free or super cheap $5-$10.
I haven't had much luck finding players via some of the web sites that are supposed to hook gamers up with groups (but I live in the middle of no where).
I know what it feels like to want to game but not having a group. I sort of lucked out as my g/f is a nerd and has gamer friends.

I'm 30 so no school As it stands now, I might have 3 players. After seeing me crafts my GF wants to play again and a close friend wants to try D&D again. Also one of my co-workers has voiced an interest. So I'm slowly getting to a point where I can get stuff moving. Now to get a complete tile set once I made up my mind how I want it.

I like the smaller groups, pro is more face time with the people, con is that it can lead to attention drift.
Take any advice I give with a grain of salt. I am a strange person so what works for me might not work for more "normal" people. If you have people who have never played and people who have not gamed in a long time try to make it a short simple adventure. I had a good run with a modern adventure, trapped in a highway rest stop.
Be easy to do something similar with a fantasy setting. Roadside inn, snowed in, some wolves attacking, have some sort of minor demon or wizard controlling the wolves. Minor threat/combat to something with a little more teeth. Good way to re-familiarize everyone with the rules and also provides a better start story than "you all meet at a tavern".
Also if things don't go well during that starting adventure there is the option of tweaking the characters or rolling up another character (for the person who hasn't played before). Sort of a noncommittal adventure which could be either a one shot or the start of a campaign.

I'm working on a small module that has them clearing an abandoned roadside warehouse for their liege. Rats and a small band of pillaging goblins to give them a taste.
