It was a trial using lentils. I wasn't sure how round I could make hot glue rivets so I tried that first. The radar has some hot glue ones you'll see later.

The same here: I dont play modern games, but just looking at what you do with that stuff gives me lots of inspiration!

Thank you Alexis. Yeah curufin sort of opened my eyes to new possibilities on crafting stuff when I received his package from the insider trading. At my work we have all sorts of random plastic/metal bits that I scavanged from the failed parts bin

If you want a weathered, perhaps rusty, look to your terrain, I'd recommend apply The Dip, using Royal Walnut, as opposed to Tudor. It works very well on terrain pieces, as well as miniatures. I'd suggest experimenting with it, on a couple of terrain pieces, or partial pieces, even, to see if it works for you. Cheers!
