So I've been crafting as I plan my game, going a little off the cuff so I don't end up making stuff I'm not going to use. The result is mix of modular and unique tiles that I try to make as reusable as possible. Most of what I started out with is pretty standard stuff that you so for those I just wanted to post the final results. As far as furnishings, I'm using a mix of my own made props and paper craft which has worked really well. Papercraft Dungeons has some great sets and their storage room set has been a great space filler! So here's my first dungeon along with some of the Papercraft Dungeon storage room crates and some barrels I painted up. Next post will be the, most important part of any adventure, the tavern!

Newest project for this week's game is a sewer/underground water way chase! These I tried to make as modular as possible for easy reuse.

I really like the design of your bars. Great job! Thanks! I had been using some papercraft table which were serviceable, but out of proportion. Just a few small wooden blocks and some craft sticks later I had the solution. They came in quite handy when our half orc barbarian decided to take down the guy giving him the stink eye needed to go down.

It's all very good. Would love to play on it. The Mimic is quite good, especially the way you painted the tongue! I am blown away by how folks are able to paint up the stone floor tiles in such a convincing manner; the fake wood painting is also amazing... Everything is exceptionally well done -- this, or Dwarven Forge, would not matter to me, as they would both be a blast to play on, but I really like the 2.5D concept, having played on DF, and found the full walls very restricting. Thank you for sharing. Look forward to seeing your future posts! Cheers!

1, 2, 3, 4; I declair a craft war!
Thanks for the feed back on everything. The wood texture is something I'm going to continue to develop since I want to make some tile sets that aren't based on traditional western fantasy settings.

Updates from Saturday's game! A tip to meet a private collector about an artifact goes bad and the pc's are forced to take to the roof tops to both escape the city guard and catch the assassins to clear their names! I loved the idea of a roof top chase and had been trying to think of a way to make it more interesting since mechanically it was just going to be a bunch of DEX checks. The answer, obviously, was to make some roof tops. When I brought them out during game, I actually got some applause from the players who got a kick out of them. Pretty easy to make, just some single layer cardboard and then some cardboard from a soda box for the shingles.

All of your sets look fantastic. I really like the tavern set. Makes me wish I had a tavern in my players' future.

Alrighty! Haven't had to make a lot of stuff lately, but since we're coming up to the end of "season 1" for our game, I decided it was time to introduce the big bad; JAGTOOTH THE BEHOLDER! I have a Reaper mini, but I really wanted something that justtified calling it a large sized aberration. That meant it was time to bust out the clay. I've built him up with a center of foil so it won't take too long to dry. Paperclips were used for the structure in the eye stalks with clay wrapped around it. I still need to paint and mount him up, but I'm really happy with how far he's come.
