I already made a few play sessions of it, and my friends like it, but I am not happy, because mostra of the times they aren't serious, só I am trying to find ways to get them more infame, só they get more focused. In this search proccess, I found DmScotty, and I tought: This is Perfect! Só... Yeah.,. Here I am

I used to have the same problem with my players! One of them its understandable because he has serious ADD so its gard for him to focus. However a few weeks ago we did an extra long session, that lasted 8 or 9 hours, with just a small break for dinner, and with all the tiles and everything I had all my players stayed super focused and interested, even the one who has the ADD! So you have found the right place! Good luck!

I think this is a great chance, to improve their 'skills' on focusing ( skills get it ? xD ) I am making a campaign, and I will be making some dungeon tiles and nature tiles I am also making some of those giant trees I just dont have that glue gun *-* I think I need to buy one hehe well thank you for your answer

Welcome. I am new too.
My players are my two young daughters, and occasional friend of theirs and my wife who has glass of mead (wine) in hand. I understand distracted players! (oh, and I am in my 40s - hence the kids and wife...)

Welcome to the forum. You will find all the answers here. I think you are on the right track, using dungeon tiles should help players stay "in the game."

When I saw your name, I almost turned to my husband and asked when he started DMing!? His name is Peter, too. I can pretty much guarantee that your players will become more focused when you start using the tiles. Another thing that will help them to become more engaged is the use of puzzles. Not too many and not too hard, but interesting ones. You will find some great puzzles here. Welcome aboard, GMPeter. We are glad to have you here.

Hehe your husband's name is Peter uh? xD I think they will be more focused as well, I will be trying to do some letters, the orc thingy, because they will pass trough a Forest and stuff like that. About the puzzles, I found the dragon face one, and its pretty cool I think I will make some of these too
